Providers can reset their password if they're experiencing an issue logging in. All they need to do is click on the 'Forgot your password?' link on the logon page and enter in their email address. They'll receive a temporary password.
Main schedule shows all scheduled shifts. A calendar view of the up to date schedule. The Main schedule is located in the Main tab and the Main Schedule button can be accessed from the Provider portal.

You can access your 'individual' and 'main' schedules, 'shift requests', 'future off requests', 'proposals', 'summary' data, 'swap meet' shifts all in the 'Provider portal'.
Here you can enter in your time off due to vacations or other obligations. This information is entered using the 'Shift Requests' feature. You'll need to retrieve a schedule request from the 'Provider' tab.
All of your proposals will be recorded for you to accept, decline, and withdraw from proposals in the 'My Proposals' screen. Click on any proposal to expand its display to include details about the proposal and any responses that you have received.
Here all available and unscheduled shifts will be listed for everyone to see. These shifts have been made available to anyone who can work the shift and is willing to take the shift, trade for the shift, and/or split the shift.
The VCalendar (VCal) format is a standard for exchanging calendar events. Using your favorite calendar application (such as Google calendar) you can subscribe to your ByteBloc Calendar feed, automatically keeping your personal calendar up to date with your ByteBloc schedule. You can create feeds for both your individual and your main schedules from ByteBloc.
End users can manage their user options, change password, and search for another end user's contact information. You have the ability to compose an email message
