Adjustments
- ByteBloc's cumulative summary automatically totals the number of hours scheduled for each provider for all of the schedules included in the cumulative summary. The number of hours worked by your providers may differ from the number of scheduled hours if a provider stays late, leaves early, calls out sick or if providers split a shift. Knowing the exact number of hours worked by each provider may be important, especially if your providers are paid according to the number of hours actually worked.
- 'Overtime entries' are made from the individual schedules in which they are worked.

'Adjustments summary' can be viewed and printed from the 'Summary report'.
- The top left side of the screen under the heading 'Cumulative summary' date with adjustments displays five columns of information. The first left column, titled 'Provider', lists the names of your active providers. If the schedule includes any unscheduled shifts, an additional entry of 'Unscheduled' is listed below the names of the active providers.
- In the three adjacent columns on the same line to the right of each provider's name are displayed their scheduled hours, their totals for 'Adjustments' (overtime / undertime) hours that have been entered, and their total number of worked hours (the sum of the 'Scheduled' hours and the 'Adjustments' hours). The bottom line of each column lists schedule totals for 'Scheduled hours', 'Adjustment hours' entries, 'Worked hours', 'Whole shifts', and 'Split shifts'.
- You can export the report to an Excel spreadsheet, HTML, or PDF file. Also, you have the option to view the 'Full (summary and individual adjustments)', 'Summary only', and 'Individual adjustments only' as a download.
