Turn off Pre-scheduled providers from Requests schedule

Yes, the 'Pre-scheduled providers' function can be turned off within the 'Admin' tab.

• Select the 'Admin' tab.

 

• Note: If there's multiple locations within your group, select the check box next to the location name first.

 

• Then click on 'Edit Location' button.

 



 

• Scroll down to the 'Provider requests' tab.

 



 

• Uncheck the check box for 'Show the names of pre-scheduled providers' option.
  

 



 

• Lastly, click 'Save Changes' to apply this update.
