The provider recall list should be configured before it is used. The configuration options are:
Minimum leave duration: The minimum number of days that determine when a provider is considered on leave. If a provider is either 'Need off' or 'Can't do' for all shifts within a span of days including the current day and this span of days is equal to or longer than the value specified, then the provider is considered on leave.
Night shift category: Identifies which shifts are considered to occur at night.
Minimum time after working a night shift: Influences if a provider is considered to have completed a night shift recently. The value is the minimum number of hours between the end of a night shift and the time when the list is generated under which a provider assigned to the shift is considered to have worked a night shift recently.
Maximum time since the end or until the beginning of a non-night shift for best providers to recall: Influences if a provider is considered to have worked in the recent past or is schedule to work a non-night shift in the close future.
