Hospital name: The name of the hospital will display. You have the option to update the hospital name.

 

Location name: The name of the location will be shown in printouts. It can be the same name of the hospital.

 

Code: A short code shown as a short hand identifier for the location. The location 'code' is used in email messages and in mobile device notifications.

 

Point of contact: You have the option to choose your point of contact if you have multiple administrators.

Mailing Address: This is a required field for the facility. The addresses are included in the calendar feeds to enable the displaying of travel route recommendations and travel time estimates by mobile devices.

 

Require two-factor authentication when logging in for all users: When the option is turned on, MFA will be required for all users within 30 days. Users received an initial email message informing them of the MFA requirement. Ten days before the due date, the same message is sent to the users who have not set up the MFA. On the due date, MFA setup is required for users who have not already done so.
