How to Limit Requests on for a provider
The maximum number of requests that a provider can request can be specified at the level of the location, at the level of a provider in either the provider information or the provider settings screens. If the option in the provider settings screen is available for request versions only.
Location level
- In the 'Shift requests' section, within the 'Assignment requests', you can now set a 'Maximum number of requests per provider per schedule'
- Lastly, click on 'Save Changes' to apply the update.
Level of a provider
- Select the 'Scheduler' tab
- To access the 'Provider Information' screen, click on 'Manage Providers' from the 'Customize Schedule' menu or select a 'Requests' version from a schedule to access the 'Provider settings'
- Enter in a maximum number for a specific provider from the 'Provider Information' screen or the 'Provider settings' screen
- A text field will display within the 'On requests' column if this privilege is enabled from the 'Staff' tab > 'Edit User'.
- Lastly, click on 'Save Changes' to apply the update.
- Note that if a provider does not have the privilege to request assignments then this option does not apply to them.
