Extend schedule Requests due date
Yes, the Requests schedule can be extended in the 'Manage' screen or the 'Version Info' window.
Manage
- Select the 'Scheduler' tab and the 'Manage' icon (right underneath the 'Add' button)
- Choose your schedule from the drop down menu.
- Select the check box next to the 'Requests' version below.
- Now, click on the 'Edit Version' button in the above menu.
- In the 'Publication' section, you can change the close date / time in the future.
- There's an option to resend the request notification, select the check box next to 'Resend publishing notification'. Everyone will be notified in the selected provider group.
- Lastly, click the 'OK' button to make the change.
- The requests will be available from the 'Provider' tab > 'Shift Requests' screen for the providers.
Version Info
- Select the 'Scheduler' tab and click on the schedule period below.
- Double-click on the 'Requests' version.
- In the revision screen, click on the 'Version Info' button.
- Now, in the 'Publication' section, you can change the close date / time in the future.
- There's an option to resend the request notification, select the check box next to 'Resend publishing notification'. Everyone will be notified for the selected provider group.
- Lastly, click the 'Save' button to apply the change.
- The requests will be available from the 'Provider' tab > 'Shift Requests' screen for the providers.
