How to deactivate a provider account

You cannot delete provider accounts due to existent data. However, you can deactivate provider accounts.

• Select the 'Staff' tab.

 

• Search for the provider's name.

 

• Click the check box next to the provider's name and choose the 'Edit User' option from the top menu.

 



 

• In the Privileges tab, uncheck the 'User active at this location' check box.

 

• Lastly, click the 'Save' button.

 



 

• The provider account will become inactive and will be removed from the active Staff list of end users.

 

Note: The 'Print name' of inactive providers can be modified.
