Attestations Report

Generates a list of work attestations by providers.

 

 

  1. Report period: Select your 'schedule range' period first and then click on dates included to pick the specific date from the calendar popup.

  2. File type: Choose your 'File type' (Excel spreadsheet or HTML) and click on 'Run Report' to generate the 'Attestations report'.
